Jenn has been the Executive Director since June of 2013 and before that she was a volunteer for two years. She grew up in the Seattle area, where she did youth ministry for 10 years. She loves coffee and quilting and is currently a licensed foster parent.

Karri Kaufman
Nurse Manager
Karri has worked for Care Net since 2008 and loves her job. She loves being able to spend time with her friends, husband, and four kids.
Janessa McDonough
Staff Nurse
Janessa has been a nurse with Care Net since November 2020 and is so excited to be a part of this amazing team! She enjoys the outdoors. Her hobbies are camping, hunting, fishing, games, cooking, and canning. Most of all she enjoys her family.
Victoria Griffith
Office Administrator
Victoria has been in the woman helping business for 6 years, first as a volunteer in North Dakota, then Missoula and now as a staff member at Care Net. She enjoys going out on the Mobile Unit and meeting new clients. Victoria spends her free time with friends. Whether riding motorcycles, floating, hiking or going to the movies.

Scott Wyman
Medical Director
Scott Wyman has been a board member and medical director of Care Net since 2015. He has been a practicing OB/GYN in his hometown of Missoula for the past 4 years.
Susan Thomas
Board President
Susan and her husband Aaron live in Lolo. They have three grown children, two cats, and two dogs. Susan is a Director of Operations of Insurance and Investments , and she enjoys writing, birdwatching, and spending time with friends. Susan started at Care Net as a volunteer, spent 5 years on staff as the Office Administrator, and is excited to continue serving the women, children, and young families of Missoula as a board member.
Janice Gomersall
Physician
Janice Gomersall, MD, FAAFP, is a board certified family practice physician who has been delivering babies and providing care to all ages in Montana for 20 years. As faculty at both University of Montana and University of Washington, she also teaches both medical students and family medicine residents.
Rob Croyle
Board Secretary
Rob Croyle has served as a volunteer at Care Net for the past year. He is the Lead Pastor of a local church plant. He enjoys fitness classes and weight lifting with his beautiful wife.
